MOTION IMPOSSIBLE CINEVERSE® RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE FOR PRODUCTION
On behalf of Motion Impossible, a well-established UK manufacturer of remotely controlled camera dolly systems, including AGITO, we are researching the UK Production sector for a new Motion Impossible software tools called CINEVERSE® and the Commander.
The CINEVERSE® is a simulation software application (Unreal Engine based) designed for tech visualisation and cinematography rehearsal or path planning. Initially intended to illustrate the capability of AGITO, the CINEVERSE® , is also capable of configuring other digital twins of controllable cinematography equipment.
Once shots/sequences have been defined within the CINEVERSE®, the same movement can be "replayed" using the COMMANDER software within a calibrated environment or set, especially within an LED volume where in-house optical tracking technology can be used to locate the AGITO.
The user-friendly and highly intuitive CINEVERSE® software can be downloaded via Steam to your desktop or laptop PC to simulate how Motion Impossible’s hardware and potentially other products are used within professional TV/film production. The COMMANDER software is a separate application that integrates AGITO and CINEVERSE®.
This new software would primarily be used for …
equipment training
virtual production plate scouting & scanning
pitching for TV / film productions & projects
pre-visualization and blocking of camera movement before onset or on-location production
remote control / orchestration
synchronisation of camera movement using the Motion Impossible AGITO hardware platform
The intention is to add other suppliers’ products (for example ARRI cameras, cranes and other specialist camera mounts) to the list of supported products once the CINEVERSE® is ready to bring onto the market.
If you are happy to help Motion Impossible to understand the potential demand for CINEVERSE® in the Production market, and in return receive early access to the software as part of the Beta programme, please complete the form on this page. Many thanks in advance.
